- I am the author of THE SCAM,a recently published mystery novel. I was born in Brooklyn,NY, graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School, where I majored in Industrial Design, and attended New York City Community College, majoring in Commercial Art. I served my country in the United States Army Reserve. My professional career began as a commercial artist, animator, and freelance photographer. As an art director at an advertising agency in NY I worked on projects such as: the very first Hawiian Punch commercial and Henry Mancini's 'Days of wine and Roses' album cover. After marrying Linda, and having one son, Steven, we moved to Long Island; where we lived for twenty nine years. I eventually changed careers. While enjoying a new career in banking I relocated to Virginia, and then on to Florida. I retired from banking after 23 years, and turned to writing; using my banking experience to write my first novel. For several years Linda and I enjoyed homes in Charlotte, NC and Florida but we recently moved back to Richmond, Virginia to be closer to our family.
